1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have written consent from a parent or legal guardian to use our services. By booking or using our services, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Studio rental for photography, videography, and creative projects.
Professional creative services including photography, video production, editing, and post-production.
Content strategy and consulting.
Service details, rates, and packages are listed on our website and may be updated at any time without prior notice.
3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings must be made via our website or directly with our team.
A deposit is required to confirm your booking.
The balance must be paid before the session.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, Bancontact, PayPal, or other accepted methods.
Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
If you fail to pay on time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
In accordance with Belgian consumer law:
If you cancel 72 Hours before your booking, you will receive a full refund of the deposit, but will need to pay an €75 cancellation fee.
If you cancel less than 72 Hours, your deposit will not be refunded.
Rescheduling is possible subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 Hours in advance.
5. Use of the Studio
When renting the studio:
Treat the space, equipment, and props with care.
You are financially responsible for any damages caused during your session.
Smoking, illegal substances, and hazardous activities are prohibited.
Maximum occupancy limits must be respected as per safety regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content created by Je Suis Content Studio remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, rights to the agreed deliverables are transferred to you, unless otherwise specified in writing.
We reserve the right to use non-confidential project images and videos for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing before the project starts.
7. Client Responsibilities
Ensure all necessary permissions, licenses, or model releases are obtained for your project.
Provide accurate project details.
Arrive on time for bookings; late arrivals may reduce your reserved session time.
8. Website Use
You agree not to:
Use our website for unlawful purposes.
Upload malicious software or code.
Violate any applicable Belgian, EU, or international laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
As permitted under Belgian law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
